How can we get healthy and be the people we want to be? It's all about habits. Today we are talking about a book that Leesa and I are taking, and the Course offered by Stanford that we're going to be taking.

We're digging deeper into why we behave the way we do, and the habits that make us who we are. We also talk about the ability to change these habits, at least the ones we don't like, and the willpower that takes.

We specifically talk about diets and why they don't work-- from a habit perspective. We apply these studies to our own lives.

Of course, we take your calls and answering your questions about your health, trucks, money, fuel mileage, maintenance, investments, growing your business, getting started as an owner operator, taxes, accounting, buying and selling trucks, freight rates, brokers, getting your own authority, building a fleet and so much more.
