1st take free improvisation, played on my 28.6" scale 5 string Ibanez GSRM25 Mikro Bass, tuned to G# standard tuning (that is like 1 half step bellow the upper 4 strings of a 6 string bass in regular B standard tuning, plus a high E), with a 1 octave up effect via a Boss XS-1, to emulate an effect somewhat similar to that of an 8 string, octave course, bass.
