A.Rubiø is a dark techno DJ and selector whose sound is built from deep rhythms, tribal pulses, and somber melodies, shaping hypnotic soundscapes designed to alter perception and immerse the listener in intense mental states.
His approach moves away from the superficial to delve into a more forceful and dense techno, where repetition, tension, and darkness define the development of the set. Each session relies on primal grooves and deep frequencies that slowly evolve, generating an oppressive and immersive narrative.
He has collaborated with collectives and platforms aligned with the darker and more experimental side of the genre, such as Erosión Frequency, Alchemical Minds Records, and Tela Kollectiv, reinforcing a vision centered on the mental and underground essence of techno.
Driven by the need to preserve that identity, he recently founded his own collective, Coven Sessions, a creative space where he channels his sonic vision with the aim of reclaiming the authenticity of techno, moving away from commercial formulas and prioritizing a sonic and almost ritualistic experience.
