Description

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week in the UK, with the theme being Body Image, so we wanted this to be the focus of our podcast. To chat about mental health and wellbeing we caught up with two brilliant women, GP Laura Coia (who is one of the writers of the amazingly informative blog A Year of Small Changes) and Jen Jamieson, creator of Excelsior Adventures. Laura shares her wellbeing tips and chats about mental health in relation to the NHS and Jen talks openly about her journey with mental health after experiencing domestic abuse and how she has gone on to shine a light on her darkest time and create a business to help others from it. Have a listen…
*please do not listen if you are feeling a little fragile as the topic of domestic abuse, depression and anxiety are covered in this podcast*
