I'm Laura 3๏ธโฃ4๏ธโฃ
๐ธ๐ป Mum to 11 year old Millie ๐พ Dog Mum to Frankie our cocker spaniel๐ Married to Alan nearly 10 years!

March - My 41 year old sister passed away after having Sarcoma cancer
August - Age 28 - I was diagnosed with primary breast cancer, successful surgery & treatment
๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฎ
April - my 42 year old brother was diagnosed & continues to battle stage 4 colon cancer
๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฏ
April - age 33 - I was diagnosed with secondary/stage 4/incurable breast cancer spread to my bones & liver
So why am I telling you all of this...
Well I started an Instagram page:
@๐๐๐๐๐๐ช๐๐๐ฃ๐๐๐ง last year not only to raise awareness around cancer, more specifically breast cancer BUT to give people hope, the hope I looked for that day & months following after my 2nd diagnosis. I know for a fact the page has helped people in many ways (without blowing my own ๐บ ๐คฃ).
I want to reach as many people as I can & I'm so grateful Laura has been so supportive of this & willing to open her platform to me ๐ฅฐ
October is breast cancer awareness month (BCAM) so I am hoping to bring a different spin on it with what I have learned, my journey so far & the work I have been doing with some amazing people & charities.
As you have probably gathered I can talk/type for Scotland especially when it's something that I'm passionate about so I will be sticking around longer than just October... Because let's face it ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฑ๐ผ๐ฒ๐๐ป'๐ ๐ด๐ถ๐๐ฒ ๐ฎ ** ๐ถ๐ณ ๐ถ๐'๐ ๐ข๐ฐ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ป๐ผ๐!!
