Journalist Dr. Atef Abdel Gawad discussed these topics with Mr. Ali Alsalahi is an Arabic interpreter and political analyst. He is a former Yemeni General Consul in Washington D.C., who worked with the Yemen Foreign Service for 10 years. Currently, Mr. Hassan Al-Harethi is an activist in the Yemeni community in the D.C. area. He holds a bachelor degree in computer science and works as an IT consultant/Software Architect with the College Board and Mr. Abdulwlai Saleh Alradi holds a bachelor in political science and history and a master degree in public policy from the University of Michigan Dearborn. He is the head of the Dar Alsalam organization (the home of peace) in the United States and its representative in the United Nations, and the Yemen ministry immigrants affairs senior advisor (Sanaa).
