Description

This is a complicated arrangement for an executive council, a presidential trio and a prime minister; as lists of candidates will be submitted by regions controlled by either the Turkish-supported Tripoli government or an Egyptian-backed Benghazi militia.

- Dr. Haim Koren, Former Israeli Ambassador to Egypt and Lecturer at IDC Herzliya.
