Several weeks ago, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif travelled once again to Moscow for talks with his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.
As usual, they issued a most positive communique, but behind the nice words there lies friction between these two actors in the Syrian conflict, among other regional sectors of operation.
Panel:
- Jonathan Hessen, Host.
- Amir Oren, Analyst.
- Mr. Meir Javedanfar, Iran lecturer, IDC Herzliya
- Prof. Zeev Khanin, Expert on Russian and Middle Eastern Studies, Bar Ilan and Ariel Universities.
