This time of year we hear various sayings that remind us as to why we celebrate Christmas. For example: "Keep Christ in Christmas," or "Jesus is the reason for the season". See, Jesus is God's gift to humanity. He left heaven and took on human form in order to reveal God's plan of eternal salvation. In doing so, He revealed to us that God is full of grace and truth! Therefore, because of Jesus an invisible truth is now visible. So, what are we celebrating? A spiritual truth that became a physical reality.
