50+ years and the Rolling Stones are still touring and playing this iconic song (probably their best). Apparently it was written as a reference to the social troubles and wars at the time (like Vietnam)... And here we are in 2022 with another pointless war and innocent people being used as pawns for narcissistic power hungry, mad-cap politicians. Will that ever change? Sad!
So, I thought this old 3 chord Rolling Stones song would be easier to mix than this... it is turning into a nightmare! Anyway in general I am happy with it. I had about 20 active instruments & vocal tracks to balance.
