This ballad started it's life 5 years ago when my mother died,. It was never finished or recorded then due to a busy life and multiple house moves. Indeed my note book was lost. However, the recent death of my father 83 during the Covid 19 crisis meant I sadly could not attend his funeral in the UK.
Long story short, I tried to remember this song, which is re-written and recorded in haste for my siblings really and for me a personal reminder. One day I hope to do it more justice as I can hear strings and orchestration here and of course get a better singer! ;-)
