Here is my new take* on the EPIC 60's classic by the Moody Blues. Moody indeed, with its slow 6/8 groove and angelic ethereal ambience. Different from so much of the charts at that time.
When first released as a single in 1967, it reached number 19 on the UK Singles Chart but re-released in '72 and got Billboard #2 in the States. It propelled the Moody Blues into pop music history. As you can imagine there are many covers of this iconic composition... I hope mine does it some justice.
