c2025 The Hutch / D. Cook : This track is an evolving sci-fi style soundscape, cinematic piece that first saw the light (or dark!) about 6 years ago. The premise being a methodical, long, lonely space journey. I visualised it for a movie. In fact, I did an "eye-candy" YouTube video at that time around space travel to a far-flung planet, I first called it '34 Million Miles'. About 2 years ago, I re-recorded it for my Cyber Warz E.P. The very unusual synth' lead instrument call me back again... I would describe the lead melody as a kind of rusty, distorted, unpredictable Sax'aphone sound. Weird, but I like it, and it became the inspiration for more Synth' based music under my Cyber Warz E.P.
This '2025 remix is mainly a sonic clean-up, and I added some new "sparkle" here and there.
Who knows, it may resurface again in another flavour in the future!
