Today we have a treat for you, two brothers who are incredible artists with firmly planted roots in Berlin’s underground scene since the late nineties. We welcome Andi and Hannes, or Gebrüder Teichmann.
The duo have some serious pedigree with their father being the incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist Ulrich Teichmann. Their musical passion has bloomed with electronic music and now they play many of Berlin’s best clubs like Berghain/Panarama Bar, WMF, Watergate, Bar 25 as well as their regular nights at Suicide Circus since 2009.
Their artistic outreach also has a strong global dimension with the formation of intercultural electronic ensembles like Karachi Files (Pakistan/Europe), BLNRB (Nairobi/Berlin), and Mondmaschine (Mexico/Central America/Europe).
