Holyoke Mayor Joshua García, Police Chief David Pratt and other law enforcement officials from the ATF, FBI, DA's Office and the Sheriff's Department, among others, joined forces today to promise that the gun violence that killed an unborn 8-month child and critically wounded its mother, and wounded others, will not stand.
The city is working on a crime-fighting plan that will be put into motion quickly. City Council President Todd McGee, said the council will fast track any requests for funds from the mayor on this issue.
