Klute teams up with Calibre for a classic off of the album “No One's Listening Anymore”. Anyone else need more bongo rollers in their life? I know I do!

'Billion Dollar Gravy' is a Hospital Records staple from the early 2000s. Strings, drums loops from real drums, and a soulful vocal make this track one for the records. It's been a long time since I last heard anyone play it though. Definitely a good one to take out for a spin!

The smooth remix of Nitri's 'Lies' by Calibre was a track that got a decent amount of play, but was discarded as quickly as it was picked up. With keys and a smooth vocal, as well as Calibre's sense for rollers, this is one to keep playing. Big.

Mr Joseph is a name everyone should know, but not that many people do. His release on Fizzy Beats, 'Rose at Your Front Door' really speaks volumes for the power of smooth rollers.

'Broken Mirror' is a track I've turned a couple people on to with the power of rolling piano lines. Released on the sublabel of Fokuz last year, this track was quickly overlooked for some of the more popular records of the time.

High Contrast needs no introduction. However, many people have forgotten the power of his older records, including the flip of Mermaid Scar. 'Make it Tonight' has one hell of a powerful bassline, a pitched up vocal and crazy atmospheres. Bring it back, it definitely still stands the test of time.

Another crazy roller that lost its battle against time, Influx Datum's 'Meant Love' is a definitive early 2000s drum and bass track. Just thinking about the bassline gives me shivers. Dont just be content listening to this one, go out and find yourself a copy. You'll be glad you did!

dBridge & Dkay's 'Nothing is True' reflects their earlier styles, before the autonomic sound. This one packs a punch with a ruder bass. The flip 'Odessa' is just as good, though the plate is a bit expensive these days if I recall correctly.

In my opinion, Nero has never even come close to the masterpiece that he released on Formation. Taken from the Requiem EP, 'Bitch I'm Gone' is the definition of a roller done right. Vocals layered over the whole track, a powerful bass and energy to spare. Killer!
