To guard is to watch over something or someone in order to protect. One of the challenges we face as believers is that very often we don’t value the things God values. Because of this, we fail to protect that which is essentially precious to God. When something is precious, you will invest in securing it so that it is not stolen or damaged. In this message I will outline what the Scriptures describe things that need to be guarded and also what the Scriptures simply state as being precious therefore by implication, they must be guarded. Intercessors and prayer warriors are forfeiting their eternal rewards today partly because so much has been added to them, but they have not guarded these precious things. Whilst it is important get tools for growing in prayer, in this message I am emphasizing how crucial the character of prayer warrior is.
