God is wanting to encourage those who have lost heart. Those who have had dreams that have died and been relegated to a tomb. Forgotten and unseen. He wants to encourage us to pick them up again. Submit in obedience to Him. Allow the anointing to conceive and bring forth that which He has placed in our hearts.
