Description

Ephesians 6:18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.

In this scripture we see the importance of praying with different kinds of prayer. Our prayer lives go to another level when we learn how to appropriately use different kinds of prayer on different occasions. In this series I have mentioned that there are some kinds of prayer that are typically taught in the church, namely, the prayer of thanksgiving, the prayer of binding and loosing, the prayer of agreement, the prayer of faith etc. These are all very powerful, but in this season, I would like to emphasize some of the prayers that are uncommon in many parts of the church today. Last week I began to teach on the prayer of consecration, the prayer of confession and the prayer of relinquishment. Today I will continue with a fourth uncommon prayer, the prayer of impartation.
