The goal of this message is to prepare you for an encounter with Jesus. Many Christians anticipate God’s presence. We long for Him to come and manifest Himself in our midst, but sadly we don’t always know what to do and how to be when He comes. Feeling goosebumps whilst enjoying your favourite worship song does not mean you have had an encounter with Jesus. In this message I will show you moments when Jesus stepped into a situation. I will highlight various things He did and the impact this had on the people He encountered. The Bible tells us that Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever and I believe we need to be prepared for such encounters. Sadly, we often become too familiar with the presence of God. When you have a revelation of how mighty and preeminent Jesus is, you begin to see that it is impossible to have an encounter with Him and remain the same.
