God has shown Himself to be so faithful in holding things together for our guest, Brenda Liniger. She candidly shares her story with us, opening up and being vulnerable so that God can use her life to bless others. She is such a fun and real person. You all will love how authentic she is. We talk about her growing up in a Catholic family, but not really ever opening the Word or understanding anything about it. She didn’t meet Jesus until after she was grown and married. Brenda shares that there are hard things in marriage, but it is still good to push through that with your spouse. We talk about shame and what that does to a person; in particular, Brenda opens up about the shame she dealt with after a sexual assault in her teens.. It’s an important message.
Brenda also shares with us that, although her parents are wonderful grandparents to her children, she has painful memories of her growing up years. She loves her parents and appreciates them very much, and prays for God to bring all of her family closer. It's something many people may identify with. You may have walked a similar road, and Brenda's story is for you.
