Steph Thomason is a staple at First Church in Owasso. She and her husband Matt have been there for 23 years, where he is the Executive Pastor. She is now a full time photographer and involved in Women in Ministry. She is a proponent for Leading and Loving It, a ministry for building up women as leaders in the ministerial realm, as well as leadership in general.
One of the things she talks about on our show today is "being authentic with everyone, but transparent with a few." She also emphasizes that if God calls you to something, he will qualify you, not the other way around.
