The work effort it takes to stand out as a male seems far greater than that of females lately. Also, all of the accomplishments a man is "supposed to have" to be considered worthy is a lot to ask someone before you really get to know them. This has men working too hard for women who honestly don't recognize hard work nor appreciate it!
