As I sit easily on the sand, looking out to the vast, blue horizon, I find myself cherishing this time of pause...because the natural world is regenerating. We have been given a blessed opportunity to perceive nature liberated from...us. It's said that, "Whatever we do to the Earth, we do to ourselves." Indeed, if the Earth heals - as it's doing amidst our collective sequestering - we do. If its living beings are freed from trauma and disruption, we are freed, too.
