Messages come to me in different forms - through meditation, contemplation, as signs and symbols, in song lyrics that I notice as I'm listening to the radio. Unexpectedly, a vital message came in the form of a dream - a dream that a friend had about me. And as he described it to me, layers of my own life were revealed way back to when I was a girl, and an essential truth was revealed.
