As a child of seven, I helped rescue a little kitten from an animal shelter. This is the story of that grey kitten--Willow--and how she became my most devoted companion. The story is enhanced by a piano interpretation of the beloved Shaker hymn, "Simple Gifts," arranged and performed by Jessica Roemischer.
