In episode 5 of TRI, we have Coach Cortez Smith. Coach Cortez is a Youth Development Coach, Business Leader, Producer, Author and Speaker. With Coach, we discuss some of the programs that he and some of his little league programs has put in place to help develop our young boys. We also discuss some of the negativity that is surrounding little league football, but he offers solutions to help fix some of the problems.
