-Tenants who don’t have attorneys will get evicted 98% of the time
-Tenants who have attorneys are usually able to avoid or delay losing their homes
-Tenants who do not show up for their eviction hearings will almost certainly be evicted
-Eviction hearings usually only last 90 seconds when the tenant has no attorney
