This is something I think all humans struggle with, but women tend to be afflicted by this issue more than men. We speak to ourselves (or think to ourselves) very negatively. We tend to be very judgemental of ourselves, criticize ourselves, and hold ourselves to an impossible standard. We treat ourselves in ways we would never treat our family members or friends. And unfortunately because we've been doing it for so long, it feels normal to us. In this episode, I discuss why we do this and how to decrease this behavior. Enjoy!
