I have created a year long video course of weekly classes called Resiliency Training that is designed to take everything you are learning here on the podcast to the next level. I am releasing the audio for week one from each themed month of the course so that you can get a taste of what it would be like to go through my Resiliency Training program.

The theme of the seventh month of Resiliency Training is Requests & Boundaries. This month we learn about what it means to make healthy sustainable requests and boundaries in our relationships. In week 1, I focus on making healthy requests (understanding when it's something I just want but don't need). In week 2, you will learn about setting and enforching healthy boundaries (getting clear on what I will not tolerate and deciding what I will do about it if it occurs). In week 3, I teach you about manuals (understanding why we think we know how other people should behave). In week 4, we go deep into the cupcake concept (one of my core concepts that helps you get so clear on which parts are your responsibility and which parts belong to other people). It’s so important to clean up our relationships by understanding and setting amazing, clean, and healthy requests and boundaries and it all starts with you and what's going on inside your mind. Enjoy!
