Performed by Dan Mace, Pūnganangana is an ancient karakia (incantation) that calls upon the old winds to help achieve the task at hand. Featuring taonga pūoro (traditional Māori instruments) and saturated with dubbed-out FX, the three versions weave together a brooding soundscape full of the primordial forces of earth and sky.
