Chappy was with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra for 43 years and 41 of those were as Principal Trumpet! He was also my teacher at Butler U for my master's degree. Chappy is one of the finest musicians you could every meet and work with, and he is one of the most down to earth guys you could hope to know.
