Oyster farming is basically a year-round process, but oyster consumption increases in the summer by 700% (a completely made up statistic). Being from the state with the smallest coastline, we had little knowledge about oysters (other than that they taste yummy!). Anastasia and Oliver discuss how oysters develop, the environmental impacts of oyster farming, and favorite ways to prepare.
