It's been a while since I have done a multi track release, so I thought I would fix that by releasing a two track EP. I've been enjoying working with a bit of an older style sound, so both the songs have a bit of an older style edge. Especially the song the EP is named after.
With the track "Colors of Your Heart", I wanted to capture a bit of that 2008ish sound and I think I managed to get pretty close. "A Place We Can Go" has a more up to date sound, but still manages to capture a little of the older sounds spirit I think. For the artwork, I wanted it to look like how I remember covers being when I first started producing hardcore, and I think I managed to get the look down. Overall, I am really happy with this pair of tracks and think it is a pretty strong EP.
