Still no new real "Post-Corona" club life in Germany! And so there is only one more recourse to one of the many 674.fm radio broadcasts hosted by Psycho Thrill Cologne. It doesn't always have to be the obvious "power-hour" peak-time tracks that make the sweat drip from the club's ceiling. In his mix for the NACHTAKTIV collective in Cologne, Claus Bachor deliberately uses the category of tracks that DJs and vinyl nerds often only discovered for themselves at the second attempt and then made a club hit.
Trackwerk that is no less hypnotic and just as natural at the end of the day, mesmerizing and hypnotizing every dancer and continue to do so. Nor should it go unmentioned that all of these tracks played here had and still have their not insignificant impact on Cologne/Rine area club life in the past as well as today. This applies in particular to clubs such as Ballhaus (Bonn), 42dp, Artheater, Kitt Klub, Sensor Club, Studio672/Stadtgarten and, subsequently, the Psycho Thrill BNKR (all Cologne) and, to this day, the GHM/Golzheim in Düsseldorf. 4 the rest of this story let that music do the "talkin'".
The following 27 vinyl club classics from Christopher Just, Megalon, Deepchord (2/ remixed by Mike Huckaby), Anthony 'Shake' Shakir, Sunrise Society (remixed by Sterac/ Steve Rachmad), Acid Scout/ Richard Bartz, Billy Dallesandro, Ausgang/ Steve Stoll, Syquest/ Damon Wild, Damon Wild & Steve Stoll, Planet Gong (2), DJ Boom/ Charles Webster & Matthew Herbert, Eqinox (remixed by Joey Beltram), Joel Mull, Titonton Duvante (remixed by Rue East/ Mark Broom & Dave Hill), Aubrey, Jeff Mills (2), Robert Hood, Mark Ambrose, Underground Resistance (2/ S.I.D.), Mia feat. Tek Brothers/ Ray7 & André Womack, B.Calloway & The Freakazoids ... all turn out to be timeless in their own way, like "4evr young", simply efficient on today's floor.
