Kim & Tabby from the Wimby Tenants Union join Margot from Portland Tenants United to talk Garrett & I about how they started a tenants union at Wimbledon Square Apartments to fight back against the horrible "management" company and what wasn't getting fixed. They started small and expanded into bringing demands directly about the landlords. We also go into how the popular discourse around renting can't really get into how plenty of people actually live and why they rent.
