Lindy Nelson MNZM is founder of the Agri-Women’s Development Trust which she formed in 2010.

Lindy is a staunch supporter of agricultural women and their contribution to off and on-farm income as leaders so it made sense to get Lindy on the show to talk about her own leadership journey.

Lindy talks about the importance of self-awareness and being held to account. She also talks about why leading yourself is the first step to successful leadership. We get her views on what makes a great sales experience, what’s right and wrong about rural marketing and she also shares a very clever S.C.A.R.F acronym that will help you in your conversations at team, client or Board level.
