This one’s a bit more of a personal podcast where I take you through my life story and where I am today.
I constantly do difficult things so I can learn more about myself – and trust myself. When I do this the confidence I have in myself grows as I set myself new standards so I can show up for the world as a better person.
Whether it was moving to the other side of the world at 25, getting divorced at 32 with no family around me, swimming Kapiti Island (which got cancelled 3 times) or starting my own business 7 years ago with ZERO clients, I’ve always liked to do difficult things. I’ve never taken the easy path because you learn nothing and you end up married to a life of mediocrity.
There’s only one person that will kick your own arse - and it’s yourself. No one else is coming to get you or sort you out. It starts with you and the relationship you have with yourself. When you get that part right, all your other relationships improve because you buy into you.
On this podcast I share a lot about myself that I haven’t shared widely with others in the hope that learning about me might awaken or make you learn something about yourself.
