Gina has dedicated her career to helping people learn to become more agile communicators through the power of improv.
We talk about several humour-appropriate strategies that salespeople can use to build genuine rapport and provide a superior buying experience inc. the “Yes And” technique as well as her Heightening Strategy. She also shares how to think on your feet by the game of the scene which she learnt doing and teaching improv.
