In this special episode, Susan speaks with Joshua Butler, Founder and Director of Denton's Thin Line Fest, the longest running documentary film festival in Texas. Joshua begins by discussing the festival's origins over a decade ago. He then explains how his background in planning virtual events put him in a position to adapt the festival quickly once the pandemic hit. Thanks to the talent and dedication of Joshua's employees at Falcon Events, this year's festival will feature engaging, multi-layered virtual experiences. In addition to screenings of thought-provoking documentaries, attendees will be able to enjoy virtual musical performances hosted by local venues. Joshua explains how the festival plans to use cutting edge technology to make these shows feel as real as if you were standing at the foot of the stage.
