On Episode 65 of the Guest Speaker Series, Mike is joined by Afrobeat artist Uche Malik. Mike sits down with Uche for a riveting conversation ranging from many topics, including Uche's early days in Boston where he worked as an A&R and DJ, only to then find himself pursuing a music career of his own, thanks in large part to his Nigerian background and his father's encouragement. He also talks about his unique upbringing where he spent a lot of time in his native country of Nigeria, as well as the UK, and how having global experiences helped shape and create his sound as an artist.
