In today’s podcast I talk about hypertrophy, how it actually occurs and the aspects of the process I would focus on nailing if you currently have the goal of building new muscle tissue.

I try to break the process down in a way which is easy to digest and not too overcomplicated, but goes into enough detail to help you understand a little more about the process of hypertrophy and how it occurs.

I break this down into Nutrition, Training, Recovery & Stress Management, and Supplementation.
