Ok so fun fact. I started this tune from a recording I took of my brother making simple syrup. He was mixing it in a mason jar like a shake weight. I thought it was so ridiculous, I had to get a sample 😹 But yeah, I chopped up the recording and used it as percussion, and built the song up around that rhythm. Field recording for liiiiiiiife
