In Episode 40 I sit down with creator of The Ardblair Stones, Charlie Blair Oliphant. A farm to run and the obligation to preserve important family traditions, Charlie decided to form these nine concrete spheres, to not only establish a new tradition at the Highland Games he hosts but also, in a bid to give everyone the opportunity to 'have a go' at something which is normally reserved for athletes only.
His passion for people and positivity, combined with that for keeping the traditions of Scotland alive and kicking, have seen The Ardblair Stones go from strength to strength (pardon the pun!). With inclusivity and community at it's core, Charlie explain why The Ardbalir Stones are more than just about lifting heavy things!
