The Braw and The Brave is a podcast about people and their passions.
N.B. This episode contains some strong language.
Episode 164 is in conversation with Lucy May. Firstly training and working professionally as a dancer, Lucy went on to travel to India to study Sivananda yoga and has been performing, choreographing and teaching both dance and yoga for a number of years. Returning to her studies more recently, Lucy is now also a stage manager and enjoys the freedom to delve into each of the three disciplines when opportunities arise. Her poetry and spoken word is something which she is now pursuing, tackling topics which to date haven’t been explored through her choreography. Her innate passion for finding new modes of self expression and thirst for knowledge, building on her skills and experience is exemplary. Lucy embraces opportunities and proves that you can do more than one thing and go after more than one dream.
Enjoy!
