S1 E12 Wayne Splettstoezer is in his 22nd year as Director of Instrumental Music/Music Technology at Torrington High School. His music technology program has been nationally recognized and featured at All-State conferences in Connecticut, Massacusetts, Rhode Island, and Texas. Most recently, THS was features as a Best Practice for Music Education at the 2018 Audio Engineering Society High School Educators Conference.
With his innate curiosity and self-starter mentality, he has been extremely successful in blazing a trail in music education.
