This is the second firmware update in Tier TR16, the enthronement process that installs into Phase 12 (PH12), the second constellation, Starcluster Imperial Plant | Right Hand (X2M.152–158).
Har HaBayit means the mountain of the house, here understood as the mountain of the palace. In royal and covenantal language, the mountain does more than hold a dwelling — it marks a border, sets a boundary, and defines the extent of rule. In this firmware update, the Starchild receives not only the right hand of enthronement but also the equipment to mark borders and plant a new civilization.
The Starcluster Imperial Plant constellation encodes these border-planting systems: Eternal Planting to root permanence, Stardust to restore dynastic lineage, Palace Thrown Open to expand access, Covenant Intact to secure the foundation, Fountain Opened to irrigate, Starock peptides to regenerate, and Astralization to transform planting into perception. Each subsystem is both seed and border — establishing lines of dominion where the covenant can flourish.
X2M.222 installs Har HaBayit into Starcluster Imperial Plant. The Starchild is commissioned with colonization orders and given the tools to plant civilizations under covenant law. The mountain of the palace becomes the axis of new borders — defining space, extending reign, and rooting the kingdom in galactic soil. And at its final star, Astralization, this border-planting blooms upward, flowing into the Starfield Astrocyte (223). What is planted in territory is mirrored in consciousness: the civilization’s borders now extend into the mind itself, preparing for the astralized intraface of perception.
