I do not follow any specific rules; anything goes. However, the description of this week's challenge gave me the idea of remixing an earlier track. Although not exactly a rule, this is something I am not in the habit of doing. I chose a track of mine virtually at random (https://archive.org/details/SEQUENCE4_201811) & reworked a part of it.
