My guest today is Amy Williams, the founder and CEO of Good Loop, a start-up which enables advertising for good.
This year alone Amy has been awarded a place on Forbes 30 under 30, the WACL Future Leader Award, and been named one of the UN Women’s 100 Leading Global Female Innovators.
In this episode recorded earlier this summer we discuss Amy's journey to founding a start-up grounded in social good and her experiences of the (mainly) ups and (some) downs of start-up founder life.
Amy gives some fantastic advice about advisors, managing your inner critic, making introductions and creating team cultures.
Amy believes that 'anyone in any job can find ways to make social impact meaningful to them and to their company'.
I hope you enjoy hearing about Amy's mission to make the internet a more positive place for everyone!
