My guest today is Meagan Bickerstaff, she is the Founder of INKWAVE a global influencer marketing agency rooted in delivering value through authenticity.
She also set up an online community called Happy New Mums after having her first son to support other mothers and as a place to discuss maternal mental health.
In this episode we talk about her experience of founding her own business, taking actions to maintain a positive mindset and how she strongly believes in the mutual benefit of shared parental leave.
